COMM[UNITY] II is the second edition of PLAYGROUND DETROIT’s inaugural group exhibition (2017) recognizing the importance of the Detroit arts community to host a safe, inclusive space and provide a collective opportunity to share the vision and voices of Detroit artists, as well as celebrate the 6-Year Anniversary of gallery opening at 2845 Gratiot Avenue.
I am absolutely thrilled to share that my work, 'my mirror lives again every night so i keep it' has been selected for the "Life Lines" exhibition, organized by the Surface Design Association (SDA) for their Fall 2023 Selections Online Exhibition, curated by Sébastien Carré, a jewelry artist and curator based in Strasbourg, France.
Thrilled to share that the Ideal Form series will be making her re-debut at the Detroit Artists Market during the opening of their new exhibition, In Other Words: Reimagining writing beyond language, on Friday, September 22 from 6 - 9 p.m. Curated by the incredible Anita Bates, we will be displaying 12 images from Ideal Form as part of the DAM Featured Artist series.
